In 2016, Frank and Cheryl Johnson, purchased a pool service company that was started in DeLand, Florida, in 2003. It was renamed “Misty Blue Pool Services”. The Company has steadily grown since then. Two of the services provided through Misty Blue Pool Services have been pressure/soft washing and rust removal. We are pleased to announce that these two services will now be offered through Misty Brite Soft Wash. Misty Brite Soft Wash is a Companion Company to Misty Blue Pool Services and is part of the Misty Services Family. What we clean
Misty Brite Soft Wash cleans residential or commercial building exteriors, soffits, gutters, sidewalks, pavers, garden walls, pool cages and pool decks.
How we do it
Misty Brite Soft Wash utilizes a cleaning method of low pressure and specialized solutions including sodium hypochlorite (bleach), water, and a surfactant to safely remove mildew, bacteria, algae and other organic stains from the exterior walls of your home or business.
Misty Brite Soft Wash uses a water-based, biodegradable, disinfecting, cleaning solution to kill the mold, mildew, bacteria, algae, fungus, moss and more on exterior home and building surfaces.
Misty Brite Soft Wash equipment applies the cleaning solution at 40-80 PSI. The equipment used for soft washing solution can also reach roof eaves, upper story windows, and other such areas, without using damaging high pressure.
Misty Brite Soft Wash solutions go deeper than just the surface of the building material and/or roof; it seeps into every crevice and pore. That is why it can last up to six times longer than pressure washing. Soft washing, because of its long-lasting clean, allows a surface to stay clean with less frequent visits from the cleaning company.

Misty Brite Soft Wash follows the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association recommendation of using low-pressure bleach washing as the preferred method for cleaning asphalt roofs in order to prevent damage to the shingles.
